program to fill out the online entry form by August 31, 2010

GUIDELINES:
- The schedule for the cultural program can be accessed on September 19, 2010.
- After the schedule is prepared, the person in-charge of each item MUST deliver, by Friday, September 24, 2010, a cd to Rashmi Verma with item name, item sequence #, and contact person name written on it. Failure to deliver the cd may result in the cancellation of the item. Do not forget to bring a copy of the same cd with you on the day of performance.
- Each cd should have only one item. Multiple tracks on one cd create confusion and delay.
- Please do not deliver any MP3 cd.
- It is the responsibility of the performer(s) to collect the cd(s) after the performance.
- On the day of performance, all team leaders/choreographers/performers ARE REQUIRED to report 30 minutes before the scheduled time to the cultural program control desk near the stage.
