Eligibility
- Open to individuals.
- Participants must register prior to the event.
Theme Adherence
- The Arti thali must prominently reflect the 360 cinema theme. Creative interpretations are encouraged but should align with the overall cinematic concept.
Materials
- Participants can use any materials, but it is preferable to use eco-friendly items. AIHR will not provide any other material.
- All components of the thali should be safe for use in a religious or cultural context (no hazardous materials).
- AIHR strictly follows fire hazards, requesting not to light up any divas. Participants can use diyas for decorations or LED light candles but no light-up diyas.
- Ready-made Arti thali will be disqualified from the competition. The assembly needs to be on-site from scratch. Readymade drawings or prepared pieces of design are NOT ALLOWED
Size and Dimensions
- AIHR will provide a round thali at the venue. The other details relating to the thali( material, size, etc) will be shared with registered participants at a time closer to the event.
Presentation Guidelines
- Participants will be allowed 1 hour to showcase their talent. Any latecomers will lose their time from 1 hour, no exceptions.
- Use of props, sound, or visuals is allowed to enhance the presentation but should not exceed a specified runtime.
Judging Timeframe
- Set specific timeframes for setup and dismantling of the thali post-presentation.
Judges’ Decision
- Judges’ decisions will be final and binding, and no disputes will be entertained after the results are announced. The committee will decide the number of awards for the Arti Thali competition depending on the total registered entries. AIHR cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury.

Judging will typically be based on several key areas:

- Originality in design and concept.
- Unique interpretations of the cinema theme.

- Effective incorporation of the 360 cinema theme in all aspects of the thali.
- Clarity in how cinematic elements are portrayed.

- Correct use of traditional items associated with the Arti thali.
- How well the thali serves its purpose while integrating the cinema theme.

- Ability to communicate the story behind their design and theme.
