- Booths are alloted on "first come first serve" basis.
- Booths will have skirts on each side.
- In case power connection is needed, there is an extra charge of $25 per connection. This should be informed to the Vendor Committee by 12 Sep 2011.
- In case Wireless Internet connection is needed, there is an extra charge of $25 per laptop for the whole day. This should be informed to the Vendor Committee by 12 Sep 2011.
- Chairs will be provided with each booth.
- No Changes will be allowed once the registration is complete and payment is received.
- All Payments are Non Refundable.
- Free Booth for Non-Profit organization based upon availability
